N-of-1 Health — Terms of Use (Early-Access Website)

Effective date: 2026-07-16

Applies to: Visitors to, and people who sign up on, the N-of-1 Health early-access website (the "Site").

1. What this Site is

The Site is an informational page about N-of-1 Health, a health-tracking app we are building, and a way to join our early-access list by giving us your email address. Joining the list means we may contact you about early access, updates, and the product.

The app is not available through this Site. Signing up does not create any right to use the app, does not guarantee you access, and does not enroll you in any study, beta, or medical program. We may change, delay, or discontinue the product or the early-access program at any time.

2. Not medical advice

N-of-1 Health is a tool for tracking, not a medical provider. Nothing on this Site is medical advice, and nothing here recommends, prescribes, or endorses any peptide, medication, dose, or treatment. The Site does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Always talk to a qualified healthcare professional about your health and any substances you use.

3. Who can use the Site

You must be 18 or older and able to enter into these terms to sign up. The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. By signing up, you confirm you meet these requirements.

4. Your email and privacy

If you join the early-access list, we collect the email address you provide (and basic technical information needed to run the Site) and use it to contact you about N-of-1 Health and to operate and improve the Site. We do not sell information that identifies you, and we do not use it for advertising. You can ask us to remove you from the list at any time by emailing support@joinnof1.com.

How we handle the information you give us is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

When using the Site, please don't: break the law; interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security; try to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' information; scrape, copy, or harvest content or data except as normally allowed for personal, non-commercial viewing; submit false information or someone else's contact details without permission; or upload anything harmful (such as malware). We may suspend or remove access to the Site, or remove a sign-up, if we reasonably believe it is being misused.

6. Our content

The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, and the N-of-1 Health name and branding — belong to N-of-1 Health or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We give you permission to view the Site for your own personal, informational use. We don't grant you any other rights to our content or brand, and you may not use our name or logo without our permission.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, you agree we may use them freely, without obligation to you.

7. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or rely on third-party services (for example, our email/waitlist provider or a link to a social page). We don't control those third parties and aren't responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.

8. The Site is provided "as is"

We provide the Site on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We don't promise the Site will always be available, error-free, or secure, and we don't promise that the product, early access, or any particular timeline will happen. Any dates or plans described are goals, not commitments.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, N-of-1 Health and its founder, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site. If we are found liable for anything, our total liability is limited to USD $100.

10. Changes to these terms and the Site

We may update these terms or change the Site from time to time. If we make changes, we'll update the "Effective date" above, and continued use of the Site after that means you accept the updated terms. We may also modify, pause, or shut down the Site or the early-access program at any time.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute relating to the Site will be handled in the courts located there.
